Project Description:
SAP Lumira (formally known as SAP Visual Intelligence) is a self-service business intelligence platform that gives decision makers the tools to visualize and transform data. This business intelligence solution will span across multiple platforms, so I was able to work on it at the software suite level.
My responsibilities included:
- Spoke with clients on their experience(s) with SAP Lumira
- Transformed those findings into actionable learnings that incrementally improve the user experience
- Designed multiple low to high fidelity mockups that illustrated user interface components as well as possible or required interaction patterns
- Worked with the development team in finding usability solutions that are desirable, feasible, and viable
- Worked with data scientists and information architects to work through interaction logic and other logic-based problems
- Coordinated designs with teams from SAP's other global labs such as Paris, Bangalore, and Shanghai
