As a Product Designer on Asana's Revenue design team, I led the end-to-end design of the Payment Platform which encompassed payment, incentive, and billing services. I partnered with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, User Experience Research, and Data Science to identify customer problems and build solutions that were supported by data. I facilitated co-creation and collaboration workshops across teams to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and crafted intuitive solutions that enhanced flow, increased efficiency, and championed clarity.


​​In addition to the core competencies of a hands-on designer (research, rapid prototyping, test/validation, developer hand-off and support), I’ve contributed in changing vague project guidelines into timelines and measures of success, generated designs for Proof of Concept opportunities that informed development investment, and provided primary mentorship support for intern designers.

As the UX design lead, I spearhead the continuous development of our eCommerce site alongside the eCommerce Product Manager and Analytics Manager. These improvements contributed to a 260% growth in revenue and a 54% increase in conversion rate since 2016.

I also act as a voice of customer in cross-departmental initiatives such as the development of campaign content, store design, and product innovation and development.

ARITZIA

Digital Experience Designer
2014 - 2016

I worked alongside the Director of Digital Experiences to continuously improve the eCommerce experience at Aritzia. I developed an user interview format and package that helped bring user insights into the design process. I worked alongside the Digital Art Director to design campaign landing pages, such as the Holiday lookbook, then brought them to life on the website. 


SAP

Interaction Designer
2013 - 2014

I worked with teams from around the world, like Paris and Bangalore, to develop and improve the data visualization product known as SAP Lumira Discovery (formerly known as SAP Lumira). Specifically, I worked on improving the functionality around developing data visualizations (e.g. charts) which required an understanding of both user experience design and data visualization practices. I also was part of a 12 person team that conducted usability testing at annual North American SAP conferences.
